General contractual conditions

1. The English Academy is a public limited company established at 156, Rue Louis Hap, B-1040 Brussels.  Company registration n°: 0883.625.062.
2. Payment for our language tuition courses is required in advance. Any continuation courses not paid up in full will be suspended.
3. Under Belgian law, language lessons are not liable for V.A.T.
4. Any cancellation of lessons must be notified no later than within 24 hours, failing which they will be charged as agreed.
5. If, for any exceptional reason, The English Academy is unable to ensure lessons as agreed, the relevant fees will immediately be reimbursed without any further compensation.
6. In the event of any dispute, sole jurisdiction rests with the Courts of Brussels and their Belgian law.
